London Irish RFC

Our friends at London Irish RFC, who play in the English Premier League, have very kindly donated a (XL) jersey, signed by the team, to help us raise funds during our anniversary year. I recognise the signature of Mike Catt and will work on deciphering the rest (bear in mind the players are not selected on their caligraphy skills).

The jersey comes complete with a certificate of authenticity and a match programme from the 15th April game between the Exiles and the Worcester Warriors - a game the Irish won handsomely.

The programme features Justin Bishop who has just retired as a player at the end of this season, having started with London Irish during the amateur years and only ever played top flight rugby with the club (and Ireland!). Only two other premier league players can match that loyalty - Lawrence Dallaglio at Wasps and Richard Hill at Saracens.

We will send out details on how you can get hold of this jersey and raise money for the club later in the year.
